I offer evidence-based psychotherapy grounded primarily in cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), including approaches across the different waves of CBT. I am also trained in a broad range of theoretical orientations and thoughtfully integrate techniques when appropriate to best meet each client’s needs.
I work with a broad spectrum of concerns, with particular focus on mood concerns (e.g., depression and anxiety). I also specialize in addressing work-related stress. My doctoral research examined occupational stressors, which continues to be a central area of interest in my clinical practice. In addition, I frequently support clients navigating life transitions and identity exploration, including LGBTQ issues, acculturation, and other aspects of personal growth.
My approach is relational and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore challenges, clarify values, and move toward meaningful change.
Please note that I have limited psychotherapy slots available.
